Clinical Applications for the Latest
Tobacco Dependence Treatment Medications
One Day Training

This course is designed for practicing tobacco treatment specialists to discuss updates on pharmacotherapy and how to apply this knowledge to difficult clinical scenarios. The latest information regarding medications from the 2008 Public Health Service Guidelines will be reviewed as will recent issues regarding newer cessation treatments and complex issues in choosing pharmacotherapies. Clinical case discussions will be featured prominently and participants will be encouraged to share challenging clinical cases and issues. The material presented will be primarily for participants who have already completed the 5-day Tobacco Treatment Specialist Training.

Cost: $75 (includes mini breakfast & lunch) Registration Required.
6 Continuing Education Hours provided for an additional $25
